"The entire experience of Ivy City Co is next level. It’s what I love most about them besides the fact that their products are phenomenal! Since they’re attached to their warehouse they were able to pull the size I needed that wasn’t on the showroom. The lady that helped me went above and beyond to help me. I kept apologizing for being a nuisance and she told me not to she was happy to help. The whole ambiance was amazing."

"Great experience! The employees were great to help find sizes with all of the dresses. I loved being able to try them on before buying them, and ended up leaving with one that I wouldn’t have thought I’d like. It was so fun to be able to match with my two-year-old! They had a 4 or 5 dressing rooms with nice big mirrors. I’m hoping they’ll open one in Davis County, as the drive out was a little long."

"#1. I'm in love with the show room. It's like a little girl with good taste and class imagined a fancy dress shop. Seriously if they served coffee and cake I'd never leave. #2. The shop girls are always so helpful. I've been in twice and they are always so kind about running in the back to look for the right size. Emmalee and Alexa (? She's from TX and super cute) have been so nice. #3. The clothes are really really well constructed and made of such good quality material. I feel like I'll have my dresses many years as long as I treat them right. #4. I love love love the clothes, they are are so freaking cute and make me feel like a million bucks. Do yourself a favor and stop into the show room and find your next favorite outfit."

The customer service has been fabulous, and they’ve always done their best to ship quickly. They are good about keeping the community updated and always are asking for suggestions and opinions on how they can improve. These women work so hard so we can feel beautiful. I finally got my first Ivy dress in November of 2021, and now I own 15+. I seriously cannot get enough of them! They are all so flattering and unique!
