Half the LED bulbs were burnt out. Their attitude was pretty much- tough luck. Never going back. Beautiful store and beautiful light fixture. They lost a customer not due to a missing screw , but a flippant attitude."

"They have a nice selection of merchandise. Prices seem a bit high, but the quality is good for the most part. The woman who helped use with making selections when we built our home was knowledgeable. Can't remember her name since it's been 2 years. BUT... when they try to sell you the LED lightbulbs with a lifetime warranty... DON'T BE FOOLED! The "lifetime" part means that you will spend the rest of YOUR lifetime driving back and forth to their store to return the bulbs that have died. We've been in our newly built home less than 2 years and we have already replaced every single lightbulb once and are now replacing many of them a second time. They refuse to refund your money so you can use it to buy new LEDs that will actually last. At first they'll tell you the company that makes the bulbs "must've had a bad batch.". After a while, even they can't swallow that load of garbage and don't even try to offer an apology or explanation. They need to find another vendor for their lightbulbs. Don't do business with them until they do."

"HORRIBLE! Staff is unprofessional. Disregarded my tastes, style, and budget. I later canceled the order when I realized that I hated everything that they picked out. Met with someone else that was more knowledgeable, but they said it was impossible to stay within my budget. Wanted to switch credit cards from the cancelled order and use a different credit card on my new order. They said they couldn't switch credit cards. A piece was broken upon install and it took them 3 months to replace it. When the correct piece arrived, they tried to send it back saying I didn't need it, but I still did. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE SERVICE. DO NOT RECOMMEND."
