"Excellent experience. 5 star. We shopped three different stores in Tulsa. First, Bob Mills. 1 hour in time, to be given a $9,300 quote on mattresses. As we were walking out, they suddenly had more choices that were lower in price. That was the most insulting waste of time. Second, Mattress Firm. Alex helped us. Terrific experience. Especially after the B. Mills catastrophe. Great prices and choices. He was extremely knowledgeable and up front. Did not waste any of our time. We left and tried one more place. We almost didn’t try a third place because Alex was so great and the price was spot on. But, we did. The third place was average. No complaints. But, Alex’s prices were still better and we wanted to do business with him. I would recommend to try Mattress Firm first. They want and appreciate your business."

"The store experience was exceptional. Noah Ferguson has great customer service. Scheduled delivery for same day as purchase. Which was perfect, delivery guys showed up and did a great job setting up the bed. Then when leaving, the driver backed into my yard and got stuck. I had to get the neighbor to come and pull the delivery truck from my yard. Just so you know and they will probably inform you that ruts from the tires of the truck was left in my yard. This is why I only gave you three stars. Two for Noah and 1 for delivery. Thank you."

"We had a great experience with Alex and Jay. From the time we walked in they greeted us and were very informative about different mattresses. We wound up making a purchase and it seems to be a good one. We have only slept in our beds 2 nights now but according to my Apple Watch I had 7 hours and 45 minutes sleep and I haven’t slept that long in years. The deliver guy’s also did a great job. They were in assembled the split king beds and were out very quickly. I would most definitely recommend them."
