"Wow.What a great experience! Laura was nice and really hands on wit helping us pick our queen Mattress! $10 down got approved for loan to pay out bed. Which was great! I even got sheets, $50 pillows and bed frame! They also strapped on top of jeep. And gave us tie downs.. the process was by appointment only and it was worth it! Thank you Laura ! We love our new bed"
"We had the best experience with Laura at Mattress By Appointment! She responded to messages quickly and accommodated to times we were available. She was very patient and knowledgeable with suggestions of how to pick the right mattress while we had a difficult time deciding between a few. Upon delivery (they were extremely helpful and we couldn't have done it without them!) it was discovered the box springs would not fit up the stairs. After a quick call to Laura, a solution was found within minutes and we were able to complete the mattress setup. The money that was saved on the bed purchase allowed us to also buy the cooling mattress protector, a new pillow and amazingly soft bamboo sheets. Best night's sleep in years!"
