"This is our inaugural experience with Brendan & Sons Plumbing & Electrical for an outside pipe inspection. They are professional and transparent with their pricing structure. Their service fee of $29 (for members) is fair. Charles, the repairman, was prompt and proficient, providing helpful and professional responses to our queries. He had to guide us to a more specialized leak service within Wichita Falls for further management of our leak. He elaborated on the potential origin of the leak and was patient in addressing our questions. I appreciate their service and will undoubtedly engage Brendan & Sons Plumbing & Electrical again."
"Phillip was great. He replaced the busted pipe to our sprinkler system that froze over the winter and figured out what caused the dilemma and restored that as well. He also tackled a separate issue we were having with our tub while he was there. Love the two hour window and he was right on time. Would recommend."
