"I went in to buy xsmall youth baseball pants, a youth baseball helmet, and a belt. They were out of the pants. Then I spent an hour looking for the helmet, eventually I gave up and asked for help. It took a bit, but we finally found a helmet. The belt was too big, but that was my fault for grabbing the first thing I saw trying to get out of the store lol"

"Worst customer service I've had in a while! I even purchased a new trampoline and no assistance was offered whatsoever!!! They watched me struggle to load it by myself not only out of the building, but to my vehicle as well. Do better Academy!"
"Had some problems with a pick-up order made online. I called the store first to see what I should do, and spoke with one of the managers who gave me directions. After two more failed attempts to get it right (on our part, not theirs), I called again and told her the issue. The manager said if I came in that day to ask for her, and she'd help me fix it. So that's what we did! While there, we had a few other ladies help us with exchanging some items, searching for the items we needed, and picking up our original order. There was also a young man who helped us find the shoes we needed (there was only one pair in the size we needed, and he really had to DIG to find it). Overall, they made a complicated situation easier on us and really helped us remedy things! I also want to point out this was late evening on Black Friday, and I know they'd been working non-stop all day and had to be exhausted. We were still greeted with friendly attitudes, and they went above and beyond to help us with what we needed! We appreciate them!!"
