"For a job training center opportunity the MANAGEMENT is VERY LACKING. One of the most important aspects of successful businesses is CUSTOMER AWARENESS and ATTENTION which is NOT HAPPENING HERE. 10 people in line 1 cashier and employees AWARE and not addressing. This is when A MANGER steps in to assist. #FAILGOODWILL"
"Everything you could think of that would make this location a 1 star location, it has it . Rude, unhelpful employees, filthy bathrooms, very little selection, messy organization. During my last visit, the fitting rooms were not accessible (see picture), and I was just told "you have 3 days to bring the clothes back if they don't fit." I asked if we could just use the bathroom since we don't live in town, and I was told "no". This location attracts the worst kind of people in town and the employees do nothing to deter them and keep the rest of the customers safe. Lastly, everything is strangely overpriced. This is the only goodwill in this immediate vicinity, so unfortunately for those who thrift shop on the regular, this is the only location. That's probably the reason they don't care to improve their customer experience here. I will personally not come back for any reason whatsoever."
"I almost didn’t come because of the bad reviews. However, I was pleasantly surprised. Well stocked, large store, reasonable prices and discounts galore. Plus the staff is extremely kind. However, it could improve in organization and the line is insane but moving quickly- the workers are trying to move it along!"
"I work there for a week before getting fire. The manager just gave me cash and put me on a register without training. The manager blu is racist. I ask to speak to the boss and she completely ignore me. I was told to put books on a shelve today. (Which is a day the store is close). I look at a book I use to read and Blu fire me on the spot. No warning. A WHITE collide did the exact thing. Nothing."
