"They are always understaffed at the registers and it always takes too long to check out or return something. If there is one employee assigned to a check out station, they often leave to clean the fitting rooms or something else. Several customers are waiting in line with no one at register and the one employee who is supposed to be there is nowhere to be found. This is an issue every time I come."
"The employees couldn't get me no help to find what I needed and did not care to help me out .so the both looked at each other and was making faces to each other about the way I approached them.look at the camera Sunday at 13:00 or 1:00 p.m. and little before 1:00 p.m. I cannot. Believe this is j.c. Penny outlet this store need to shut down.store has boxes open with only 1 shoe inside and clothes thrown all over the section where they lay . please do not let my name be know .I am anonymous."

"This store is understaffed, for a well known, name brand outlet. If you can't afford Polo, then St. Johns Bay is a good alternative for the price as well as Roundtree and York."
