"I ordered a mattress from here and the experience was pretty good, UNTIL I decided to return the mattress because it ended up being too firm for me. They told me on the day I bought it that there was a 120 day sleep window to return. Nothing-absolutely NOTHING was said about any fees when returning. All that was said “you can return before 120 days.” Great! So I went to the store to return. I was then told, there would be a pick up fee of $99 and a restocking fee of $99. So i am out $200. Also, there was a presidents day sale going on where you got a free base WITH the purchase. I was then told the base cannot be returned so i would have to pay $500 to keep the base. (luckily it had not been delivered so i did not have to pay) Let me remind you, upon buying this, nothing was said to me about any of this. This experience definitely felt shady to me. Be transparent when making sales, especially of this size. i almost got screwed out of $700, luckily i walked away only losing $200. BEWARE!!"

"We are very pleased with our experience with Larry at Witchita Falls Mattress Firm! He was so helpful in helping us decide which mattress we needed and made the process of purchase so much better than the other stores we went to. He was not only helpful, he was very knowledgeable about his products and services explaining everything in detail. Our mattress, box springs, frame and mattress protector were delivered on time and as it should be. Gil and Jose were tremendous help getting our old bed to our guest room and setting up our new bed very quickly. They even took the packaging from our new bed. Our experience could not be better at this point! If I could give a 10 out of 10, I would do so!"
