"Update So after emailing coolfire. Cheri reached out to me and was able to assist me to get order corrected. She also went through all my orders and let me know that with the barrel that I just ordered I would need to have a different size laser for it to work. Was able to get this ordered also and added to current order that was processing. Changed stars since she was able to fix the issue and she was wanting to fix the issue and ensure I had what I needed to get the most out of the system. If you order the turn around time seems to be 14-21 days. Company customer service is really bad. Ordered a few items and what I received was different from the pictures of what I ordered. Contacted them and they said yes the picture is wrong. They do list what is included in the maintenance kits so I ordered a couple of the ones that I needed based only on the picture. Original order was made and customer service was a little slow responding to me, but I received original barrel 3-4 weeks later. It worked great so decided to order a different one. I should have went with my gut on the company having bad customer service. I think the system works good, but if you do not back it up with good customer service it you will lose customers other than the one time purchase. I based my order off what was in the picture since I could not read specific on each kit some how that is the customers fault and not the company for having the incorrect picture."
"Update 3/15/24: Coolfire addressed my issues, so I'm changing my review. I think a lot of the issues have been communication related and I think this was due to their previous ticketing system which they have now replaced. I'm not sure what's going on at coolfire, but Cheri was my last hope of getting a working p365 barrel. I'm just giving up at this point because I can't spend any more time reaching out to support. Unfortunate, I really liked their 320 barrel and still use it."
"I spent around $1000 on a kit and bought the paintball can as a CO2 fill device so that I'd have to refill it less. I cannot find a place that will fill it, not even scuba places. Apparently CO2 is being mostly phased out due to insurance and liability reasons. I haven't received a response to my emails or calls regarding returning / replacing my C02 fill kit, which is about $100 itself. I was pretty excited about this product, but I haven't even been able to use it once. The one solution that I've found is that airgas will sell you a 5 gallon CO2 tank, but that will cost over $200. I'm not really happy about that. Customer support is going to allow me to change to the sodastream, but it was inconvenient Update: I'm still waiting on confirmation that they've received my return. No one has responded. It's been over a week since my last email."

I ordered a p320 silver trainer kit from coolfire and accidentally purchased a fullsize barrel & spring assembly instead of a compact. The mistake went unrealized until the order was received. Contact was initiated with the support team & Cheri was my liason. She helped me resolve the issue with haste, understanding & professionalism. The proper barrel & spring was received in 10 business. The product worked as advertised and is a game changer for dryfire practice. Dryfire will never be the same again! "I have a cool fire for nearly a year. Works great. However, I have now developed a problem. It leaks the compressed air when I go to refill it. I have tried to call the company for more than a week now, trying all the extensions to get to speak to someone. nobody answers and nobody returns msg."
