SHE TOLD HIM NO MULTIPLE TIMES AND THAT SHE DID NOT HAVE A JOB AND HE JUST KEPT ASKING FOR HER ID AND TOLD HER IT WAS NO BIG DEAL TO JUST PUT IN HER SOCIAL AND TRY. HE EVEN HAD TO PUT IN $1 FOR HER BECAUSE SHE KEPT PUTTING IN ZEROS BECAUSE SHE HAS NO INCOME. YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED FOR BEING SO PUSHY. WILL NOT SHOP AT THIS BEST BUY EVER AGAIN."

"I ordered a laptop that was supposed to arrive today. I chose this laptop because of the delivery date. When I called customer service for an update they are now telling me it will be the 10 more days and refuse to let me speak to a supervisor. DO NOT purchase anything from bestbuy. Use Amazon or anything else. Avoid bestbuy completely."

Gentleman wearing a yellow vest tried to tell me that the computer I was looking at wouldn't work for my needs (after asking me one question). He knew not much on the software I had to download just heard the word "software" and insisted I buy a 300 dollar more laptop. I made a call bought the laptop I originally intended on buying. It not only downloaded the software but works perfectly fine for my intended use. Felt like dude was just trying to get more money out of me by up-selling.
