"As is getting more and more normal….the website says the store has the items, but the reality is, they don’t. Its the same with many DIY type stores where stock levels change so quickly, but there stock systems only update overnight. It’s poor at best….utterly disappointing at it worst."

"There's a lot I don't like about this store but I'm compelled to give 5 stars because of the great service provided by CHARLES. I called to ask if they had an item in stock and after wasting 10 minutes with the automated phone system I wad finally able to connect with Charles. He walked across the store (out of his section) to ensure they had more than one of the item. When I came in 4 hours later after work it was CHARLES who came up to me enthusiastically to show me where they'd moved the additional blowers. Since the blowers came with a free extra battery the store's manager failed to calculate demand resulting in no batteries. No worries though as Charles walked me over to Pat at the Customer Service desk and explained everything to her so I could get an IOU for my extra battery once they came in. This was easily my best experience at this Lowes thanks to Charles."

"If I could give them zero stats that's what I would give them. This is Hands down the worst store I've ever been to. They have the worst customer customer service service service of any store I've ever been to. I could tell you why I say that but it would take too long to type it up. Just trust me when I say go to any other store before this one."

"Thanks Lowe's Home Improvement! Always have what I need when I'm trying to upgrade for my indoor growth needs! Your tabletop lamp provided my dragon fruits when we first got here with enough light to keep them going until I could upgrade, and here I am, and of course you had what I needed! Hanging rack, full spectrum light, plant feed. I know when I get home they're going to love their new habitat! Thanks"
