It's a Trek dealer and the store's 100 years old. I want to commend Skyler for his customer service. He has a lot of experience, is a pleasure to interact with, and a total pro."

They adjusted the seat and brakes to fit him, and installed a cup holder within a few minutes and we were back on the road! Quick, easy and they were super helpful!
