"Bought a bike there for a gift for my fiance, before they handed it over they put it through some kind of multi point inspection which seemed fine, but I don't see how it was of any use as the bike failed when we tested it out. Multiple points of the bike were assembled incorrectly and the brakes were so loose that my partner could not stop and hit a fence and injured her leg. The bike department knows nothing of assembling bikes to a dangerous level. The staff also won't stop following you around and hounding you, especially the weird guy in the bike department. They also seem weirdly overstaffed despite no customers, makes me wonder if the staff is all loss prevention and aren't trained in anything else. Don't buy from here."

"Place is great and has great management, and workers. Brought snowboarding boots there and it was good. Be careful buying online tho, I found white and black boots and the color said ice and showed white, but came in a light blue."
