Best Buy

"WARRANTIES ARE NOT HONORED HERE.. I purchased a MacBook with Best Buy and paid additional for their AppleCare warranty. I paid off the product completely. My screen was cracked and still within my warranty time frame and BestBuy would not honor their warranty because I am no longer a “member” with them (this is because I paid for it in a timely manner). This is fraud. This is wrong. So I will no longer be using them for electronic purchases. Apple told me my plan lapsed due to Best Buy’s agreement as well."

"Stood in a line and they called others who just walked up yo help them rather than asking me if I needed help. When he finally asked me I said I'd been waiting for almost 5 minutes and he still checked the others out before attending to my need. And they came in after me went and hot their purchase and then were checked out while I stood waiting."

"I recently purchased and scheduled an installation appointment on the Best Buy app. At the introduction appointment Chad was a great help and very professional. He's super knowledgeable and very helpful. Turns out, the items I purchased weren't going to be a good fit, although they were compatible. He found better items, on sale, and exchanged and installed them, not only quickly but professionally. I couldn't be happier with the end result and already looking forward to future installs."

"This guy Roger F refused my return for a camera that I picked from the same store same day few minutes ago denying saying why I have returned other cameras in the past. He needed to adhere to Bestbuy’s policy that clearly says return in 60 days for members and said I refuse because I don’t like you returning other cameras. If the store manager reading this review must take serious action against this guy and fire him immediately. I will also report this guy to as higher up in bestbuy chain as possible. It seems he is racist discriminated me on racial grounds."
