"Went to purchase a hoodie and the tag wouldn’t read . So the manager came over and put a code in . Made the hoodie double I. Price I said can you not honor the price of the tag on the jacket ? She said no ripped the tag off - and said a customer probably tagged their clothes with the wrong tag. I said - a customer ? She said yes, she can’t help if a customer tagged the clothes wrong . What !? I will never be back in kohl’s I spent over $400 today and this was how the lady acted . No thanks . Rude .the Sephora workers were very nice and polite though."

"Literally the worst location for returns. You have one person at the desk with 10+ people in line. It doesn't matter what time you go, returns is awful and takes an ungodly amount of time. Most people trying to return things are on their lunch break. I am happy you added a sign for Amazon returns. Please do better with consistent working people."

"My husband and I love Kohl's, we need to have at least 2-3 hours to check out everything. Not only do they have clothes, they have a wide variety of jewelry, and appliances. Kohl's is one of the nicest stores around now, the only thing I didn't like was the girl at the counter put her mask up so she could talk to somebody on the phone while she was waiting on us, she was Hispanic and was talking Spanish on the phone we both thought that was rude as hell."
