"The manager, Chris, is a tyrant and lacks the necessary skills to work effectively with or manage others. We shopped the clearance rack in the garden center, grabbing 2 succulents and a waffle plant. They were not marked appropriately with the black marker but were clearly distressed and gangly. At no time did Chris come to the garden center to visually inspect the plants but arbitrarily limited the distressed plant discount with the cashier and was heard over the radio being obnoxiously curt and rude to the employee she demanded work alone in the garden center at the busiest time of the day for this location according to Google Maps. We also heard Chris over the store radio yelling at the employee that the purchase "Better not be the new *unintelligible* we just put out!". You could tell the cashier was frightened by this, and we were sad for the employees having to endure such abuse. The store was also in dire need of restocking with whole rows of Lowe's staple plant and gardening products missing We used to shop here as a favorite store location. We won't be returning here as long as Chris is here but going to another store location that puts customers ahead of their ego and bottom line."

"Self checkout now, military and tax exempt. Yes she says you can do it all yourself. It stopped me every step and I had to wait on her each time.? Why did you have to try and be like walmart? If so can you try and make it as efficient and easy? They finally got it right over there. Oh they still want the receipt signed, so I had to wait on her to find a pen. Come on Lowe's, what happened to customer service?"

"Cashiers and employees were so friendly and nice to me and my daughter. She built a project there and had such a great experience. I was also happy when I saw they had the faucet covers in stock right at the front of the store."

"This was the worst experience I have ever had. I called and got the run around. So on a Saturday I went up there. They assured me they had everything meaning the RA from Frigidaire. I picked out a different fridge. Monday Lowe’s picked up my damaged fridge. I called Wednesday and got tossed around to several people in different departments in different states. Thursday morning I called and got tossed around to different people again. So I went up there. Lady up front said she was a manager would take care of me. She said they just got you RA and processed it. Ok they said they had that Saturday. Also the fridge you want is a special order. It will come from Dallas. But guaranteed delivery Friday. This lady was full of lies. I got a email later saying my Frigidaire not GE will be delivered Friday. WHAT! So I called and the boy said I remember you hold on. Well he never came back. I called again and got someone who told me that fridge is completely sold out. I said why didn’t she just tell me that I would have picked another fridge. So now I’m getting a Frigidaire that I don’t want. Lowe’s needs to chooses better employees."

"I went into the store today for multiple items and Angel was a great help!!! He could tell I was perplexed looking for fans that had been put away for the season and let me know what was going on and ensured me he could go grab it once I decided which one on the website. He also helped me with lids that were stored in a shelf so tight you couldn't get one out. I appreciate the great customer service from him and Mark who attempted to help me find microfiber sponges. All employees today seemed extra helpful and friendly especially Angel. Great team on staff today!!!"
