"I fixed my washing machine and had a bag with about 10 bucks in quarters. I walked up to "customer service" and asked them to turn it into paper for me. Was told they can't do that and to use the coin machine... at 14%... ...?? That's not "customer service".. I'm never going to shop at Crest again and will completely shopping at WinCo from now on, who BTW changed my little stack of quarters at their customer service with absolutely no problem... I honestly think the problem is the dead eyed looking teenager boy working "customer service" couldn't count that high... Your store attempting to chump me out of a measly 1.40 cost you a customer for life, congratulations!!"

"I do my shopping at odd hours so I'm very thankful that we have a 24 hour grocery store in OKC. I was there around 530 this morning and the store was immaculate! The was no trash on the floor and it had been polished up, All product was full and faced properly. It liked absolutely perfect. I was impressed. It's really nice that some people still take pride in their work. A clean store and excellent customer service every single visit. Keep up the good work Crest!"

"Very disappointing customer service, specifically from the 45ish year old woman working self checkout. She is here every time I come in and she never says hello, have a good day or even a smile with me. However lots of other people get a smile and a have a great day. She needs to get her attitude checked if she's going to directly interacting with customers. This location is convenient to me, but due to her bad attitude and terrible customer service, I'm looking to go to a different store. Very disappointing that they hire people with such poor service and it's allowed by management."
