"***after reviewing negative reviews on here it’s clear this office does not care. If they respond to your review, they’re rude, point fingers and share your information about your appointments, brackets, etc. DO NOT USE THIS OFFICE! I called another dentist office today and was told they have heard horror stories and unfortunately they would have to see my kiddo to give me plan of treatment but we would have to start all over to more than likely fix what is probably wrong. I told them nothing is wrong that I know of but just professionalism and running a crooked office. Still, they want them done right.*** Just don’t. The way they talk down to you is awful. I would have recommended this office to anyone up until today. I understand paying for your service but to threaten to let a child leave with messed up teeth if you don’t oblige an open ended contract because it took longer than expected to finish his teeth. Unprofessional and problematic. I’ve never got the same information across the board. No one takes responsibility for anything. You’re told, well I’m not sure who would say that but it’s not true and then passes to the next person. Their responses are very snarky. Unprofessional at its best. The young man leading the front in the financial department (which isn’t what I wanted explained, they clearly don’t care what you’re asking about) was rude but he did it with a back handed comment that was unnecessary. I chose not to respond and let them run their crooked ways. They knew they backed us into a corner and we couldn’t do anything about it."
