"Today I came as a translator to make an appearance, I called by phone but no one answered so we came in person. The Receptionist by the name Rocio greet us with excellent customer service, she listened as well, I really believe this is the type of service we all need to have when we go to any place! So Glad they Have Rocio now and whising every Receptionist in the mimic her Great Customer Service!"

"I made an appointment in may they could not get me in until October. I got in schedule an appointment for January. Went to my appointment day and time in January they were closed! Call to reschedule they couldn't see me for about 2 weeks. Got to the appointment, they did not have me scheduled! I waited 1 hour they were taking walk-ins and other scheduled appointments after 1 hour...I left"

"Went to the clinic for Dental. Walked in to have them take a look at my root canal. They were able to get me in pretty quickly for x-ray. However, they couldn't schedule me in for an extraction for another 4 WEEKS. Meanwhile, I'm in pain and counting down the days until the appointment. 1 week before the appointment they call me and say the doctor will be out of office for the holidays until next year. I won't be going back."

"Doctors don't care anymore about healing or helping people. I went in only to be told to do what I'm doing already. What did I need the doctor for? Didn't get any kind of diagnosis or anything. Fee was $100 with no insurance, for the doctor to really do nothing. Waste of time.. go to an urgent care or something else. I have been in pain for months, if what I was doing was they tell me to keep doing, shouldn't I be alright by now, not still in pain for MONTHS."

"Morton is very unorganized. I would not recommend them to anyone. Not only does it take forever to get in to see a doctor, this place will reschedule your appointment with a different doctor than you originally scheduled with and they don't tell you until you arrive for said appointment. When you ask why we never recieved a call about the reschedule, you simply get a look from the receptionist like they are a deer caught in headlights. This place will send you to get labs only to discover the lab has already closed for the day. The pharmacy was also disorganized. All together, a horrible experience. I will not be utilizing this location ever again. They need to get their stuff together."
