"We had our very first visit with Dr. Costello today and it was a great experience! The staff is very friendly and they were so good with working with my children who are on the spectrum. Dr. Costello is very kind and was super patient with my boys too and very thorough with his explanation of the work that my boys need to get done. Can’t wait to bring my kids back for their 6 month check up!"

"What A JOKE! Do NOT take your kids to this place. I walked out before they could do anything do my child. I have never seen a place manhandle a child like i did today. I found the office and staff to be dirty, unprofessional and unethical."

"The dentist who works at this facility is the nicest, most caring dentist I’ve had. I will continue to go to this dentist, as long as Dr. Costello is the one working on my teeth. The staff makes sure I’m comfortable, and they are very welcoming."

"I made a review about this dental office a few months ago and it has been deleted. I’m not surprised thought by the visit we had. I’m telling you DO NOT take your children here. I can’t even believe this office stays open. The nurse anesthetist was very unprofessional, didn’t even look or sound qualified to be putting children under sedation. The IV sedation was being done in a little back room at their office. The room reminded me of something off of a horror movie. The smell was so awful. The sink had bloody used dental tools laid down in it. The dental chair was broken with old towels and blankets being used to prop the children up in. The staff wasn’t in uniform, some were wearing t shirts and what looked to me like street clothes. The nurse anesthetist was completely unsanitary, casually drinking a drink, that was stored underneath the dental chair children are supposed to be sedated in. The monitor that monitored the heart rate of these children was so old it looked like it was from the 1950s and was just barely hanging on the table, the table holding the dental tools, was a night stand that was painted white and chipping all over, the whole setup was just unreal. Please please please do not take your children here."

"My kids & I love Dr. Costello and his staff! They are extremely helpful with my autistic son, and always treat us with care and respect. I recommend them to anyone. I just wish they took adult patients ;-)"
