"I have been a patient of Dr.Rebecca & Erick Wyatt for several years… I always trusted them, so when I decided to finally get top dentures I didn’t check with other places … I went to them because as I said before I Trusted Dr Wyatt . My experience from the beginning was awful… They have a lab they use , Chair side dental : Tracy (technician ) did the work but never explained anything, she left you guessing at every appointment . It is like a nightmare … after few appointments I asked to get a print out of detailing the final product ( denture) I paid up front ( they sent me an email with pricing but not any details) the denture had a metal frame ( was very uncomfortable) . I decided to go to get second opinion from Affordable Dentures and unfortunately they had to start over : they removed abutments (wrong size) also my surgeon had to remove a painful tooth root left by Dr Wyatt ( from an extraction a few years before) I asked for a refund : they charged me full price for dentures and also for the wrong abutments… they never really apologized, Dr Rebecca sent me an email claiming it was my misunderstanding - even though they never gave me any written instruction as I requested on multiple occasions .Dr Erick Wyatt told me he was very disappointed …"
