"I have mixed feelings I just feel like they overbook themselves. I'm not happy with my teeth and I feel like I had to tell them what to do to close my gaps and it made it worse. My retainer was put on behind my teeth longer on one side so I have no problems with that side but the other side is a mess!! I felt like I needed a one on one person instead of the doc stopping by to tell the people that work under him what to do and I felt like they just wanted to be done with me. Keep in mind I paid out of pocket. I expressed how my gaps was a big issue for me and I don't feel like they cared. I'm going to have to buy me another retainer or get braces again to fix my smile. They filed in between my teeth and I think it made it worse. I absolutely do not want gaps!! I feel like I wasted my money honestly"
