"I used Dr. Baty for a few years and finally had to have an old crown replaced. His work looks terrible and stands out in my mouth as inferior work. Dentists who have seen it since then always remark how it doesn't really fit. It feels like a wad of something just stuck on my tooth. I couldn't be more disappointed in his poor quality. His hygienist Jodee knew I had a chemical sensitivity, it was on the front and inside her chart, and we discussed it before every cleaning. And every cleaning she accidentally used the chemical on me, causing my lips to peel later. This went on for years until I realized she was getting worse, not better. Otherwise, her work was fine."

"Office staff makes billing, estimates, and insurance billing errors. They will not own mistakes they make. Office account manager has no tack or sliver of professionalism. Just sad that office management can bring down quality and service on Dr. Benson. Spent over 10k over 3 years of extensive dental work and and had been a patient over 10 years and this office makes $40.00 mistake and won't own it. Will never return or recommend this dental office.
