"I just came from Dr. Grays office after waiting a month for a new crown (Front right tooth). While I was there a month ago he asked me about doing veneer's (one on each side of my two teeth beside my two crowns.) I agreed it would look good. I did not agree to have it done. I received a bill last week for the crown that had to be replaced I received an estimate for that one however I did not get an estimate on the veneers so we left it at they would look good. My next appointment was set three weeks out. That was today. I was told that i was there to get another mold done for the veneers. I said you don't have a crown to put in? I was told no. Dr. Gray said he needed to do another mold to match up the veneers. That made no sense. He had already made a mold. I feel like I was being scammed. They blamed it on the wedding that I was attending on the 8th of August as to way my appointment was August 31st. All this time I thought it was taking so long to make the crown to fined out there was no crown. I got up and walked out. My husband called Casey and she said I could come back in and they would do another mold for the crown that has already been done! I would rather go around with this temporary crown than ever go back."

"I love & trust Dr Gray & staff! I saw another Dr & was told I needed 3 teeth pulled, cavities, & 5 crowns. Needless to say I saw Dr Gray & instead of 5 crowns, he fixed my front broken teeth beautifully the same day. When he handed me the mirror I started crying, because they looked beautiful! Also I didn't need any teeth pulled. Dr Gray is the most honest and compassionate dentist that I have had for a long time!"

He tells us what we need and doesn't try to push us to spend a bunch of extra money, like some other dentists do. I feel that he is honest and sincere and we appreciate his services."

"I used Dr Grey for a year and a half, during this time I questioned the integrity of the Dr and the staff, my mom has been a dental assistant for over 20 years and I am very familiar with the process, the cleanings were always too fast and not enough time spent looking for cavities etc. The Dr would always come in, look at my mouth and say everything was great... Wrong! I went to another dentist for my next cleaning and I was told I had 4 cavities!!! No way did these just pop up in just 6 months! Needless to say I would steer clear of this facility."
