"I have been using Custom Dental for some years. I've always liked the hygienist that clean my teeth. I wasn't ever very fond of the dentist. He put a crown on last September that has never been comfortable. Today I had a new hygienist, Tia, and this was the worse most uncomfortable cleaning I've ever had. I even asked her to slow down and be more careful which she didn't. Then at the end the dentist came in and couldn't even be bothered to look at my teeth. He asked the hygienist if everything looked OK and then he left."
"Drove in from downtown Tulsa for my appointment, to learn that "yesterday" they were not able to verify my dental insurance coverage. I received two texts to confirm my appointment, but no mention of an issue verifying my coverage prior to arriving, only to turn around and how to leave."
"Very friendly staff, from the second you walk in the door till you leave. Everyone is knowledgeable and will take the time to explain and answer any questions you may have. By far the best dental team I have been to and if you want the best dental assistant in the field ask for Haleigh."
"this place is awful. doctor has anger issues punching cabinets and what not. his wife works for him too and she is even worse and more hateful due to the fact that her job is secure, she can treat people however. the hygienist on monday and tuesdays is extremely rude and expects to be treated like pure royalty by everyone or she will get you removed, you can’t move your own chair? this place is an all around joke and the bible verse shirts they wear really top it off when they are bad mouthing patients and other employees. DO BETTER!"
"Custom Dental has always been wonderful! I’ve had a situation and needed to get in but couldn’t be late getting to work, and even though they didn’t open for a few minutes they got me in and helped me out and sent me on my way! They have always taken care of me! I’ve brought my kiddos in with me while being scene and they always make sure they walk out the door with something to make them smile as well! Very awesome people all around! Dr. Campbell is fantastic and very real as well! Very down to earth, and I love that!"
