"Just left 30 minutes ago, Ashley and Dr. Delong were stellar, positive experience all the way around. They both took the time to explain what was going on and the why. I understood what was going on and was able to make an informed decision without pressure. For someone who has had braces twice and their share of dental work, that was the best experience I’ve had. Since Dr. Delong took his time with the numbing/needle I did not feel more than the initial stick of the needle which was NOT bad. Clearly, they do this all day and it shows; highly recommend."

"I posted a poor review about not being informed prior to my daughter’s work being done that they were out of network. My daughter’s root canal cost over a thousand dollars. It started out 800 then I received a surprise bill for 400 more.. when I was informed by dental assistant it would be less than 100 for additional work. I also complained the dental assistant didn’t have super bedside manner. The problem on my end could have been eased by a phone call saying “hey you’re out of network but we offer care credit etc.” Honestly, I would’ve called my doctor and asked for an in-network specialist. I deleted my initial review and rating because I received a phone call in less than 24 hours from the office manager. While, she can’t change the insurance or financial problem, she listened to my complaints and acknowledged them. She informed me going forward they would be more diligent with informing people of those kinds of things. She explained things on their end to help me understand. While I’m still not happy, there is a lot to say about a business who monitors patient satisfaction personally and reaches out."
