"This has been my dentist for over a decade. I’ve called various times to schedule a callback for cleanup & never got called back. I can understand they get busy. I decided to go through their website to schedule online, got an email that gave time & date. The day of my appointment, I go in & they tell me that I have to email back. No where on their website nor email they sent does it say you have to email & confirm to save this appointment. Their service has been great, but based on the last couple of experiences with them I have decided it’s time for a new dentist."
