"I really enjoyed that I could just pull up to the pump and get treated like royalty and get my gas pumped with a pleasant conversation with Micky! I love having that extra touch of service when I go places and especially getting my gas pumped! The workers inside were very kind also! And I will go back here for the friendly people and great beanie babies selection! Good job on making this day start out fabulous for me and my 1 year old son!"

"I went in to this location for a WAX BUFF. After speaking with the Detail Specialist I made an appointment to get a Ceramic Treatment done. I had hard water mineral spots all over my car that drove me crazy . . . Cam I believe was her name. . . was my detail specialist VERY KIND explained to me the process. . . I want everyone to know my expectations were GREAT. . . going into this. . . I was a little nervous as I didn't know what to expect but knew what I wanted it to look like when I saw it. 4 Hours later I go in to pick up my car. . . and my expectations were blown out of the water. . . IT LOOKS ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE! I still can't not stop and look when I'm getting in my car. Thank you Cam and the Freddy's Team at Quarry Bend in Sandy. . . for Far Exceeding my already High EXPECTATIONS."

"In the beginning it was great. Employees were thorough and friendly. Now I think it’s time to cancel the membership. Sitting for 20 minutes to 45 minutes before it even gets wiped down is just bad. This is when there is only one other car there and 5 employees. The car is dry, water spots everywhere, then the only wipe the wet part down. Pay way too much every month for them to do my cars, just to have to do it myself immediately after. 60 a month per car, I would expect much better. I think it is just the work ethic of young people these days. They just want to get paid for being present and don’t put any pride into their jobs."

"Used to use this place all the time and loved it but my experience today absolutely changed my mind. I paid $250 to have the interior and exterior detailed and when I came to pick the car up, there were bugs still all over on the front of the car and smudges on the rest of it. I was supposed to get the car waxed and cleaned up but I’m not confident it happened because my one year old car still has little rust dots that I’m able to clean off with my finger. Even though I showed them that these spots were easily fixed and cleaned off they weren’t willing to remedy the problem. Interior detail was great but the exterior detail (which is why I came in) was subpar at best. If you’re charging $250 for a full detail then you should probably make sure that the exterior is at least free of bugs before you give it back to the client so that it gives the illusion that the exterior was detailed. Will not be coming back. Update: I went to Walmart in the same parking lot and purchased $10 of cleaning supplies that were able to remove the areas of concern with ease. It only took 30 seconds, a microfiber cloth, and an exterior bug cleaner solution. If I am able to remove it with simple cleaning supplies then how in the world can a “detail” shop not clean the exterior of a car? There’s no way in hell that my car was waxed and detailed when there’s bugs on the paint still and gunk spots that “won’t come off” that are going easily removed. I added a photo of the still dirty interior cupholders and dirty door frames as well to show the quality of their detail services. Sad that this place has gone downhill so badly. Update 2.0! opened my truck bed and it wasn’t even touched when I paid for a full exterior detail, wax, and cleaning. Still has leaves and dirt all over inside. What a scam!
