Megaplex Theatres -Valley Fair Mall

"The theater isn't bad! My husband and I had such a problem with our drinks. When we tried picking up our cups and we had spilled them 3 times! The lids came right off and we dropped them. But the employees were super nice and helped us clean up. The seats aren't as nice as other theaters but they do the job well for a movie. I personally like to use caption boxes and this theater didn't disappoint with that! In short, this theater is pretty nice but there are better places to go imo."

"Large theatre, lots of staff on hand to help with popcorn and drinks. The luxury chairs are very close together and smaller than other locations. The fried donuts are the best!"

"Wow… in an effort to go employee-less the entire lack of customer care at Valley Fair megaplex was horrible!!!! We go to buy tickets, guess what no paper tickets in the machine, can’t use a gift card,card reader doesn’t read credit card. 15 minutes just to get the right machine to buy the tickets. Then to pick up movie treats…. what a joke. Megaplex use to be top of the line now just the top of the price for a bad interactive experience. Won’t be back. BUT the movie was good!!"

"If I could go lower I would. 1) They went cashless. 2)They provided a convenience of getting your tickets through their app but NOW they charge a non-refundable service fee if you need to cancel or reschedule. Good thing there are other theaters in the area."

"So, we went to see the Barbie Movie, probably wouldn't be my first choice, but entertaining nonetheless. Having had a large collection of Barbies in my youth (which I wish I'd had hung to), well, it made the movie that much more entertaining...lol. The staff there was amazing, from the greeters at the entrance; the concession stand personnel; to those who came in to sweep and clean up after each movie viewing (remember to thank these folks too). The restrooms were well kept and clean also. Lots of fun!"
