"Not long ago I was given a tour by Shelly. She was terrific. She was as gracious and knowledgeable as anyone I had been given tours by (...and adds one additional star just how she conducted herself). The location (where I derive the 3 stars), as a whole, and the buildings there, in specific, are aged, but I get the feeling it’s managed to age well (literally). If this was a review of JUST Shelly it would be 5 stars. heh"
"Ever since Shelly has taken over she has been amazing. We had been waiting for them to fix our AC for months and it was leaking all in the roof and on the floor. We bothered them about it and nothing ever got done. When Shelly took over, we talked to her asap about our problem and she got it taken care of in less than 3 days. We had other minor problems and she took care of those as well. She has always been willing to work with us as well. Thank you Shelly, you’ve made this place better already. Can’t wait to see what else you continue to do!"
"Moved in 3 months ago and we have been so happy with our new home. They’ve done a lot of work to renovate and clean up the property and I think the apartment is beautiful. We’re close to everything we need to get to and the office staff and maintenance crew is quick and always available when I need them. I love living here and don’t plan on leaving any time soon!"
