"DO NOT BUY BATTERIES FROM THIS PLACE! This place does not honor their warranty! My husband bought a 3 year battery there 9 months ago and it started having problems with it 6 months ago. It left us in the cold this week stranded 3 days straight needing a jump. They told us to get our alternator checked so we did and it was good and they still would not replace the battery. They said the battery read good on their meter...of course it did, my alternator was charging it at the time...the gm is an idiot. It's not about the money, it's the principle. Come to find out, the battery was a year old when they sold it to me! That's what the date said on it when we pulled it out at Auto Zone where we bought our new one. BUYER BEWARE! UPDATE!!!!! Plz pay no mind to the apologies from the owners and don't waste your time sending any information to their customer service email address because they DO NOT RESPOND!"

"The store Manager Darryl was very professional and answered all my questions that I had. His team is very efficient and unlike some other shops, you get to sit in your car and the whole process takes less than 15 min. Perfect if you are headed to or from work and are short on time!"

"I actually went here two years ago once and have been paying for it ever since. There was a real visibly agitated man doing my oil change. Thought nothing of it and kept rolling, 3 months later, I went to get my oil changed (and every time since), the guys are having to find a way to securely seal my oil pan back because it was completely stripped to the point where it does not even fit a standard Honda.. but instead a F-150 oil cap. There was another man there that was super helpful and hospitable but I definitely have not been back since that."

"Best car maintenance service I have ever experienced. The technicians are quite obviously knowledgeable and skilled in their profession. Kind, friendly and respectful, they demonstrated a clear understanding of outstanding customer service. In addition to the oil change, they also flushed the radiator and replaced the front windshield wipers at my request, and didn't take a long time. To top it off, the pricing was great. Couldn't have asked for better! This was at the 1615 S Douglas location. I highly recommend!"
