"Came through during Thanksgiving weekend we’ve been driving through snow and ice all day, and the windshield wiper had broke. My husband has been in the mechanic field for many years. He went in asking for some of the blades that you did not put out for the public, but that you do sell to local shops, and only certain people know that the young man behind the counter just wanted to argued with him for like 20 minutes over it. We just wanted the wipers so we could go. We did not want to have to battle. The young generation has no respect. Still was very thankful. You guys were open till 9 o’clock."

"I tried to give benefit of doubt by going twice. Now I know everyone but the managers do not know what the are doing. I had a battery replaced three weeks ago and the guy kept dropping things and then my latch to hold battery in place would not latch and he tried telling me that's ok. Well not so surprising it didn't last and died right away. The manager came back and fixed it. Today I had an order pick up and call they tell me they have no orders to pickup. Okay I call the other one and they don't have it either, so I call this one again then the new person said they actually DO HAVE IT. I go to pick up and when I get to counter I tell them information and the person said they sent it to they other one down the street. frustrated I walk out to go to the other store, the manager flags me down in the parking lot bringing me my part. The employees don't know ANYTHING ABOUT WHAT they're doing or how to properly work their system"

When didn't have the part I needed that was missing, made sure closes store also in Midwest City had it. Helped me also put oil fluid in my car. They were very helpful.
