"I work in the area and I brought in my car with a flat on my back left tire. I did not have an appointment and they got me in. I went to the waiting room and all women waiting that spoke volumes to me. Told me they had to be fair, reasonable and great customer service. I was right! My tired was doomed, they could not get my tire, as it did not show up in stock and they were upfront and honest about it. They did put my spare on for me so I could get back to work, drive home and get to the dealership where they had the tire available the next day. Pat's made a rough Monday not so rough."

"I wouldnt use facebook messanger to ask a question as it seems to not be monitored. I did call and talk to a nice lady but was a little taken back at there price of tires. Although I didn't use them the two times I needed tire service I would still recommend people going here"

"I was sure my tire was shot, they ordered a new tire across town and were going to replace. Upon inspection of the inside wall determined that tire was fine and canceled the order instead of selling me a $400 tire I didn’t need. Charged me only $20. Definitely my new go-to!"

"I went here to buy a tire because I wanted a certain brand. They had to order it, and it took a couple of days to come in - super cool. The folks at the front desk were very friendly. Why the four stars? Everything is by appointment. You can walk in, but you are going to wait for any service. While I was there, a lady came in and asked if they could check her tire pressure - told her it would be 1 and 1/2 hours. All these tire shops are the same, wait, wait, wait. They want you to pay big $$$ for their tires and service, but they have absolutely no consideration for you time. If you can drop your vehicle off and get a ride, that's the only way your time won't be wasted. I do suggest you call before you pick it up, as it never seems to be ready when they say."
