"Came here for an oil change. We waited for an hour only to find out that they had canceled the service because "the drain plug was rounded off", no call or anything to let us know that they had canceled or that there was an issue, and I'm pretty sure the drain plug was not rounded off when we took it in. The guy we got out keys from told us that it was an oil leak that prevented them from working on the car. Communication with other employees and customers is awful. Do not go here."

"My girlfriend took my car in for an oil change the last time it was due. I went ahead and decided to do it myself in my driveway. When I pulled the oil drain plug I had a hard time getting it off and when I finally did they had put a helicoil on a smaller bolt to get it to fit. They stripped out my old bolt and ruined the threads in my oil pan plug hole and patched it up. I work in the diesel automotive industry and would never do a customer like this. Do not come here for automotive work of any kind."
