"Very friendly and understanding they helped me out so much. Every single person there was kind, and very helpful i will refer everyone I know to them."
"Great service and great work. My car looks beautiful and it was all handled very professionally. I was notified along the way as I was told I would be. Definitely recommend for body work."
"I'm very empressed with this company. When I got turned away by multiple shops they took my totalled vehicle in so that I could get my claim rolling with my insurance company and they worked pretty quick. Thank you!"
"My experience with Gerber Collision was not great at all. The only reason I went to Gerber is State Farm, my insurance agent, informed me Gerber is ranked number one (UnTRUE) in my area for me to take my car to, in order to get a rim and tire repaired/replaced, after running over a metal piece on I-40 a state highway driving Eastbound. FIRSTLY, Gerber is a Collision and Glass Repair Shop AND not a Rim and Tire Repair shop. As a State Farm Client I should not have been referred to Gerber Collision by my insurance agent - that is another complaint in itself. However, Gerber kept my car for almost three weeks, they also have a Karen (blonde hair lady who hides behind the glass and she is extremely disrespectful). Karen (no clue what her title is, I went in there twice and her attitude was horrible). Karen works there and she uses profanity with me (the customer); her kid is playing around in her office while she is cursing at the consumer (myself)!! Granted everyone at Gerber is NOT rude or disrespectful like Karen - but they were very misleading, slow, made a promise to have the vehicle complete the Wednesday before Thanksgiving- and they kept the vehicle too long for the minimal services the car needed - til after Thanksgiving. Anywho, Gerber did replace rim BUT they did not replace tire - they just patched up the old tire that was originally on the car and put the old tire back on the new rim (Can you say Lawsuit!! Who puts a tire on a new rim that could have been damaged due to the metal piece ran over on a state highway that could potentially be hazardous and give you more problems in the future instead of doing the right thing; repairing everything? Gerber and Collision half “assers!” It was a insurance claim, wtheck!!"
"I understand the need for a business to maximize profits for the least amount of work. But my experience was pretty poor. I was notified an hour before closing that my vehicle was ready, with no way to get my rental turned in and get to the shop before they closed. The next day when I did get the rental turned in and showed up at the shop, my vehicle wasnt ready. The quality inspection found an area that needed to be reworked. After the work was "done", I showed up and the orange peel on repaired areas looked as though it was never wet sanded. It seriously looked like they sprayed the color, clear coat and friction buffed the orange peel. It nowhere even remotely matched not only the surrounding areas, but did not match ANY other areas on my vehicle. I refused the vehicle. The excuse was that it was a newer/younger employee. Poor excuse. Anyone, especially the quality inspector should have clearly seen that the repaired areas were poorly finished. The next day... the repaired areas were better. However, they only finished the large areas above the body lines. At this point, I also noticed overspray in door jams and in other areas. Again, I refused the work. The next day, the vehicle looked much better. Unfortunately, i couldn't pick up the vehicle at that time. I had to come back later. When i did, the interior had an eye watering/ sinus stinging odor of body shop chemicals. Not to mention it looked as though they sanded body filler with all the windows down on my vehicle. There was such a thick layer of body filler dust all over the interior, that it turned to mud as I attempted to wipe the dash and door panels with a wet wrag. Long story short, poor workmanship, lack of attention to detail and lack of situational awareness."
