"Will never return to this location took close to about 2 hours to do a basic oil change and used cheap non synthetic oil claimed the wait was due to replacing a recalled cylinder that I wasn’t told or asked about prior and damaged a plastic bar under my seat trying to do lord knows what I repeat all that and I initially came in for a lil change convinced their mechanics are no knowledgeable and have no idea what they are doing I would save your time money hassle and headache by just going somewhere else"

"I came in for a free recall fix. When I got the vehicle back, 3 of 4 tires had low pressure with the annunciator illuminated. The rear windshield wiper was also non-operational. This is now a known fault with the update. I asked them to fix it because the vehicle didn't come in like that. The vehicle was returned back to me with the annunciator light extinguished but it came back on after I took the vehicle home. I suspect they merely disconnected the battery to reset the annunciator light temporarily, rather than fixing the issue. I returned the vehicle for another fix. I was called a "damned liar," my tone of voice was mocked, and the technician joked about leaving my brakes loose. I will release the video of this encounter after legal review. I don't usually post reviews but I think customers need to be warned to avoid this location, even for free service like recall or warranty services. They did not deal with my situation with honesty."

"Add on : I finally got my car serviced. Giving another star cos Jack is efficient, friendly, and personable. He took the time to listen to my questions and answered them succinctly. I didn’t even have to tell him which car was mine. He was ready with everything when he came to me as I got out of my car. Not very pleased. They kept sending me texts and emails asking me to bring my car in for a servicing. I set up an appointment, filled in the form where I had stated the current mileage, BUT, I drove 30 minutes , on my off day, arrived there and they told me that my car was too "low mileage" to have their required mileage servicing. If I wanted to service my car at that mileage, I will have to pay. Ridiculous!"
