"Despite moving away from Del City to west okc, this is STILL the only tag agency I use to do any of my title or tag paperwork. Never had any issues with them, just expect a wait like most tag agencies have. Staff is very nice and knowledgeable, and will not mess up your paperwork like other agencies sometimes do."

"I came here Wednesday to get my driver's license. It was 4:04pm. They said it closes at 4pm. Im her at 3:40pm and they said they can't help me again. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT PEOPLE. I USE A CANE SLUMPED OVER. DISABLED. I CAN'T JUST JUMP UP AND GO ANYMORE. I won't come here anymore. They see im disabled and i told here i can't get around. She doesn't care !!! I don't recommend this place especially for disabled people!!!! The girl sits and talks. Instead of doing her work! Its now 3:50pm"

"Purchased a car and needed to get a quote on the cost of registering and tag. Called and was told others were busy and I needed to callback in 30 mins to an hour. If some services aren’t offered with the business please put it on your website. Since it’s not I’m making sure ppl don’t waste their time. Whose to say I do callback and I don’t have to callback AGAIN cause you’re still busy. Unprofessional"

"I came in right at 430 they close at 5. The ladies were so sweet and kind. I had my 3 year old with me who started a sneeze attack. They were so sweet and gave her some tissues. We payed for our renewal. And my 3 year old kept sneezing. They asked if we had tissues in the car. I did not and they just gave us a box of tissues. This is the type of customer service that matters!! Thank you ladies!!! ♥️"
