"They initially told me they would have my car for 4-5 business days, it's been a couple weeks now. Terrible communication and updates, parts are on backorder with no ETA... The office people are nice in-person, but the process has been frustrating. I've had to call multiple times for updates after feeling left in the dark. I don't recommend this business."

"Hate leaving reviews like this, but I just spent a bunch of money fixing their low quality paint job. This bad experience started when an 8-day job (time they quoted) turned into three weeks to get my vehicle back for a small dent repair (no replacement parts). Clear coat overspray on the outside of my windows, dust particles all over in clearcoat, clearcoat high spots (pooling) in the bottom of rock chip locations, orange peal texture to clearcoat, etc. Took my vehicle back to them to fix these issues, stated they would fix the issues, kept my vehicle for several days, then gave my vehicle back to me without fixing any of the issues. Ended up paying the paint correction guy that ceramic coats my vehicles to fix everything he could on the clearcoat. Paint correction guy did a phonemical job, but it took many hours to make my truck look like it did before this body shop touched it. Do yourself a favor and take your vehicle somewhere else."
