"I showed up at 1:20 on a Tuesday with one car ahead of me. I was told that because I have an Audi that it would be 109.99. 1.5 hours later a guy comes in to tell me that my filter looks good yet asks me if I’d like a new one? I declined of course and was left confused. If it’s in good condition, why are you asking that? An hour later, my car was ready. When I asked why it took longer than the other who came and went while I sat there, he told me it was because they weren’t used to doing oil changes on foreign cars. Had they told me this before, I would have taken it elsewhere. With a $15 coupon from their website, I was charged $130+. The oil light was still on when I got home and when I called, Steve told me that the machine is broken that turns it off. We noticed there was a list of services that were included in the cost so we checked to see if any of them were completed as stated. The first red flag was that the windshield had been cleaned when it was clearly not. As we went down the list: Wiper fluid filled, tire pressure checked we realized, none of them were completed so we have to assume the rest hadn’t either. Go to Jiffy Lube."

However, they took care of my emissions quickly, and the guy who checked me out and gave me my sticker was super nice. I don’t know his name, but he was fantastic. I always go here for my oil changes as well and I’ve never been dissatisfied."
