"Visited this location with a problem from an oil change that was done the day before in our home state. These guys fixed us right up and got us back on the road. Their customer service was excellent, and they were fixing a problem they did not even cause. I would give them more than 5 stars if I could."
"They topped off my engine oil for free and didn't push to sell me on any services I didn't need. They also were helpful in answering my questions about why my car tends to run low on oil less than two months after an oil change."
"We went for emissions and registration and they were fast and it was fine. We got a coupon for an oil change and it was cold and my husband didn’t want to change it himself so we took it in. The next time I drove it I noticed intense burning smell and all of the sudden oil is all over the driveway- this is a car that never dripped a drop of oil. I checked the oil level, noticed the skid plate wasn’t attached properly. I took it back into the shop and complained. They fixed the skid plate and said they “got crazy with the oil hose” and sprayed oil all over, so they cleaned it off. Two days later the burning smell hadn’t dissipated and I checked the oil level again- much lower. So we went to our mechanic. Jiffy Lube didn’t put a washer on the drain plug and the filter wasn’t screwed in tight enough. Oil was leaking everywhere. The mechanic fixed it up and filled the pool back up- basically did a new oil change, and blessedly didn’t charge us. They were unsurprised that Jiffy Lube screwed it up so badly. WILL NEVER RETURN"
"I love this location. The staff is very friendly and professional. I went in for an emission test for my car yesterday. All went well - thanks, Evan. After I got my new license plates, I realized I couldn't remove my back plate due to rusty screws. I called and asked if they could help me remove it. Tyson said to come on down, and he would see if he could help me. Tyson had the plate off in no time. He was a total pleasure to work with! He didn't even charge me for the service. This is why you should always go to the 700 east location. They are the best!"
"They lost my trust and I will never return. Do not go here unless you are ok with oil leaks. My wife stopped in, on her way home from getting an oil change, to get her air in her tires since the low pressure light came on. Their mechanic decided to put oil in without asking, normally a great thing to do. They put synthetic bled in when the car uses full synthetic. I ended up calling and they gave me an excuse mixing the oil grades was just fine. I called my normal mechanic and he disagreed. Luckily Jiffy lube agreed to drain the oil and refill it with full synthetic. In talking with Evan when I got there he suggested a new filter but as they do not use Honda genuine parts I declined and ask that they take the filter off and drain the oil out of it and put it back on as it was just put on the day before. They did not remove the filter as I watched them work. I also asked that they use a torque wrench (I brought my own just in case they didn’t have one) to ensure that they tighten the drain plug sufficiently, from what I could see they did not use one. They just used the old hand tight and a quarter turn, meaning there is a higher likelihood of a leak starting from either over or under tightening. Overall they lied a total of 3 times and have lost all trust I had in them. I will be fixing the issue later today by myself. Also I tried to contact the manager that posted a reply to this and got nothing in response. It seems like a way for them to look like they are making good on their bad reviews."
