"Great service, text updating, and someone actually answers the phone when I'd call. Honest too! They don't swindle you by recommending that you repair/replace a bunch of parts that are totally fine, trying to bump their bill. They fix what's broken and get you back on the road. The first shop to assess my car recommended that I replace all struts, rotors, and pads. Funny thing is...I'd replaced all those parts within the last year! They were total crooks. Caliber saved me at least $1500 by fixing only what was damaged. Thanks!"
