"My husband hasn't even had his car for a year, and already we are unsatisfied with the service we have received on two different occasions. 1. He got his first oil change a couple of weeks ago. I arrived with his car for the 11 am appointment, and it still took almost 2 hours for it to be completed. I doesn't help matters that I had to stop someone to be checked-in in the first place when most employees seemed to be standing around. Then, when the car was finally finished, they didn't even know where the car was placed. I was sent outside on a very windy/dusty day and proceeded to look around for 5 minutes, unable to locate the car. Only when I went back in, did they finally see the car was on the other side of the "check-in" offices. They then proceeded to joke "that was why it was honking" as if they didn't just send me (and only me) to go find my vehicle. .. 2. Then, a week or so later, my husband got a crack in his windshield. After calling on 4 different occasions to see if it was potentially on his warranty, I never heard back. I got sent from place to place, and then eventually landed on 4 different voicemails. All of which didn't have the decency to call back. (when asked about this, all they said was "maybe no one knew the answer" - terrible customer service for never calling customers back "because they didn't know the answer" and didn't want to problem solve.) Instead, parts said they could order one in and then I could make an appointment to come in. So, I did. They said they would order it, I got sent to service to make an appointment for today. When I arrived today, I was told they can't. After, once again, getting sent around to different people, I was told they don't even do windshield replacements. That they sublet a company to come in and do it, so they would have to call and see if the windshield company could come. But isn't that why I made the appointment? Shouldn't they have done that as soon as I made my appointment? So, then I found out I would either have to wait and pay possibly 1,000, or I could call the windshield company myself and make an appointment that way. So, I left. Overall, there is a big lack of communication between people and departments. Getting sent around from person to person, or voicemail to voicemail is not okay. Have the decency to be honest and say you don't know answer, and then proceed to find the answer and get back to people. Make sure all people and departments know the services you provide and that it is explained clearly to customers to avoid any confusion."
"So I had an appointment today at 7:45 AM. It's now 8:50 AM and I am in the waiting room. I just got a call from the service department that my truck STILL is not in the shop and they are still waiting. Why did I make an appointment for 7:45 AM?! 10/10 would not recommend!!!"
"We left our 2022 rubicon here for THREE DAYS and the service department didn’t even look at it once. We scheduled an appointment and the axel they had to replace takes about an hour. My husband works tomorrow so we had to come back to get the keys because they’re taking forever and now they lost our keys. TERRIBLE SERVICE. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME. HOW DOES A DEALERSHIP LOSE SOMEONES KEYS?! GET IT TOGETHER. Also how dare you give us a hard time for requesting a rental when you lost our keys. You could’ve re-keyed the jeep and fixed the problem within a couple of hours but you have a bunch of lazy employees."
"My 09 Dodge Challenger needed a new intake manifold value and for the high sensor on the valve to be corrected. They aced the job. This dealer ship was very helpful , communication was great and they even payed for my Uber when I dropped my car off."
"Top-notch! Darin Nielson is a stud! Communication was spot on! They were ready for me the second I pulled in and the overall service was very quick! Waiting area was very comfortable and had a nice selection of drinks and snacks. Parts department is right there and was able to order a part that I need along with check prices on a few other accessories that are on my list. Will definitely be bringing my vehicle back. Probably one of the best service experiences I’ve had in a really long time."
