"Took my car in in September to do an oil change it was done fairly quick to my surprise later that day I Saw quite a bit of oil leaking so I took it back to the dealership the oil stained my garage and outside you can see the oil track looks bad I called in talked to a manager juda I believe who said they will come clean he came and said needed to find a different solution as the stain was not coming out I continued to message and would get the same answer we are now in December and never heard back to this day"

"Had our brakes replaced. The car kept shaking when putting on the brakes and after calling Honda again (and again after never having our message returned), they said we needed to bring it back to get the rotors replaced. That was never brought up when they were originally working on the brakes. Wanted us to come back and spend an extra 479 on getting the rotors replaced. Wouldn’t budge on the price even though it was their error. So unhappy with our experience at Performance Honda."

"This is my usual go to place for any maintenence for my Honda. I had been happy with them but things are bit different these days. I was very disappointed that they didn't do the tire rotation during my oil change even though i had explictly asked them and even texted them on the number they gave me. They responded on my text as well as told me in person they did it but i knew from the wear and tear mark on my tires that they hadn't done it. Just gave me a lip service. Hope this is changes in future, and they usually do a good job and are friendly."
