"The intake process was short and easy, but more importantly, the technicians kept me informed of their progress. Not only did they do exactly what I asked them to do, they informed me and then alleviated a couple of issues that could have affected the long term health of my vehicle."

"They have done poor quality work on my mom's car. It was fixed multiple times in December and broke down after one week and the best was three days later it broke down completely and was smoking soooo bad. Their "work" is shoddy at best. Their manager complained about not being able to find a ride for her because they were having an employee party. She lives like a mile away but they acted like it was impossible to find one person to give her a ride. She is an 82 year old woman and a grandma. It broke down yet again yesterday and the manager told her she's not welcome there anymore because he didn't want his employees to work in a "dirty" car. Arrogant and condescending and just completely rip you off. My mom went there because one of their mechanics use to do good work but he left and the rest are useless. Avoid this location at all costs. Don't say you weren't warned that they suck!!!! I would give 0 stars if it let me."

"I've been very disappointed with the Bountiful location so much that I've started going to another mechanic shop. A few months back I broke down and had to have them fix a sensor because I was close to them and not the new shop. I felt like they overcharged for the part and labor based on other locations quotes but they would not price match. Fast forward 3 months and the OEM part they installed failed. I brought it back for warranty replacement and it took them 4 days to fix. No calls or upsdates on status. When I called I got vague details and promised they'd call back but never did. After it was finally fixed and was told to pick it up, no one would confirm if it was covered under warranty or if id have to pay again. When I arrived to pick it up, I was told all the managers were gone and the girl at the front desk gave me the key but no receipt of service and told me no one was around to give more details. Very disappointed with the Bountiful Burt Brothers location and would not recommend them to anyone. This coming from someone who's done dozens of oils changes there, four new sets of tires and then treated terrible for coming to get a part and labor warrantied."

"They know what they are doing. Good communication. They are doing the alignment after I installed new drag link, tie rod and track bar and put new one piece stud for lug. I checked and drove around so far good. I will come back again for the new tires and alignment again when I put new aftermarket adjustable joint balls in. They can do almost anything I think and mostly I prefer to do myself. Only thing I can't do myself is alignment and tires obviously."

"I needed a last minute 4 wheel alignment on a European car before a road trip. After going through other reviews and places around me decided to go with Burt Brothers. I was able to book the service I needed easily , the next morning I was updated with the time of appointment by Travis, brought my car in at the time specified, went through a briefing of the service and symptoms I was Experience with Dean(maybe Dennis) can’t remember exactly, I was quoted 1 hr and it was ready to go in 45 minutes, I finished up with Travis we went over the before and after details of the service which is exactly what I wanted to see/understand and he was knowledgeable and helpful explaining it! I’ve never been to a Burt Brothers but would highly recommend the BB Bountiful location! Also, they give little toy cars to customers with kids which is a great sign that they care about the customers that bring their cars to them!"
