"These guys literally saved me hundreds. Originally went to Toyota Bountiful. They charged me $696 to replace my alternator. I gave them all the parts too. That was just labor costs. Toyota put in the alternator that was dead on arrival. Toyota wanted to charge another $696. to diagnose and maybe fix it. Nope, I went to Action instead. Action was $320 with the fixed regulator($60) part installed that was bad. They were efficient. I also give props to any company that doesn't do business on Saturday. That means they treat their employees right. Which in most cases means they take care of the customers."

"I could not figure out why my battery kept dying. For months I had to jump start my battery at least once a week. I couldn’t fix it myself and kept going back to two different shops (I don’t want to mention the names) for help and they couldn’t figure out what was going on because it was so sporadic. John called me the next day and said he couldn't find any signs of a parasitic draw but charged my batteries and cleaned terminals. When i picked up the truck it started like it never has and all the symptoms were gone. Been dealing with this issue for years. It has been a couple weeks now and all is still good.
