"Brought it my 7.3 f350 for a wiring loom recall. Fixed issue"

"I dropped the car off and was told that it would take 5 to 6 days to complete. On day 4 I reached out to for an update and was told they needed 2 more days. Long story short it took nearly 3 weeks for them to complete my car. In addition to that, they continually told me it would be done the next day only to not call or text and update me. It got to the point where the only updates I received were when I reached out. It was frustrating enough that the repair took 3 weeks, but the lack of communication and repeated missed deadlines added to the frustration. They were nice enough to give me a loaner car, but only after I asked when I had expressed I was without a vehicle. Overall would not recommend."

"Trent made my employees dig the car out of the snow instead of retrieving the vehicle and bringing it to us. It was awesome because he was in about a foot and a half of snow after plowing. Thanks Trent."

Video recorded walk around from the Tech went over all the items he recommended and found needing attention. This was great and to the point. Whether I was going to get them done or not they told me everything they found and more importantly, showed me. Honest and communicative. One of the best Ford service departments I’ve been too."
