Brighton Compounding Pharmacy

"Dishonest Pharmacy I had three of my medications with them since last February 2023 to January 2024. Each time I filled the prescriptions, they were changing my appointed Insurance copays and collected up to triple the amount. With one medication, they weren’t even sending the claim into the insurance. They had an explanation each time I talked to them on the phone asking why the amounts changed every time. I trusted their explanations until last week when they tried to collect $69 on one medication with a $10 copay. I printed my claims as proof and I have saved my receipts of what I paid each time and went to Brighton Pharmacy to talk to them about it. The owner tried to excuse it away at first. I asked for him to confirm his copy sent from my insurance. He couldn’t provide one. Before I even got to the point to ask for refund, he quickly offered to pay the overpaid amounts, which came to several hundred dollars. Check your copays with your insurance! In response… The printed insurance claims were presented to you. They Clearly list your business and payment made to you and my required copay. I have the proof! My required copay never changed. You most definitely as the business, receive the same insurance claim paper work, as patrons do. You took what the insurance paid you and upped my cost. Because your loosing money? You don’t get paid for a medication that you need?! You made more! Until you were confronted. I trusted your business! Check your insurance claims with any cost you pay to any business!"
