"Scheduled my service about 4 days in advance. Dropped it off the night before because my appointment was at 745am. I was texted around 8:30am that morning asking what needed to be done. So I had to re send everything through a text to the service advisor. I asked around 1030 when it would be completed for a multi point inspection and some other concerns. They said to treat as a Dr appointment because other work was being done. I would agree with that if I been asked to be squeezed in the day of, but not with multiple days in advanced. But when I showed up to get my keys one guy was trying to help find my keys while the actual service advisor with my key sat behind his computer until the service manager had to tell the employee where my key was. Not one service person talked to me about why it was late and not worked on. The service manager describing the work flow as a Dr office is quite funny. I do appreciate that."

"DO NOT GO HERE. We were looking for a used commuter car for my husband and they tried to sell us a brand new car. We had to go to a different dealership to get a car. Once we got back to Young they made us sit and wait almost an hour and a half for them to write up a contract and contact the bank for our loan. We bought our car over a month ago and have not received ANY of the documents that we signed and CANNOT get ahold of anyone in the finance department to send them to us. Every time we call they say no one is there and then ask for our email and say they will send them right over. This exact conversation has happened 5 or 6 times. Still nothing!"
