"I came in to get my car checked out and they were able to diagnose and fix it within the day! No appt necessary."
"Stay away from this place. Red was the rudest and most disrespectful manager I’ve ever met. They did service on my vehicle and a month later there was an issue in the same area they just worked on. I called and asked them for help to understand why this was happening. Red flew into a rage and said they aren’t responsible and that my asking for answers was ridiculous. The customer service was so bad I hung up the phone in amazement and called another company. The other company then offered to check my car out for FREE because they knew that Lynn Wood does this to their customers frequently. Please just stay away."
"Lifesavers! These guy helped me out with my wife’s car that had a flat tire right before work. They patched the nail quickly and helped me out tons. Thanks guys"
"I've got set of 4 tiers and Cam was great in helping me out. The service itself was quick and we were able to take care all my questions about future service. Really appreciated for complimentary inspection."
"I used this shop for the first time last winter, after the shop I had used for years went out of business. I took my wife's car in because the CV axle boots were leaking. The boots were not torn and the axles weren't making any noise but I was concerned with how much grease was leaking from the boots. Due to the age of the axles, they recommended replacing them. On their recommendation, I had both axles replaced. Fast forward a few months and I was back in the shop for a axle seal leak, a boot leak and vibration in the front end. When I took the vehicle back in they carefully listened to the issues I explained and were test driving the vehicle before my wife and I left the shop. They called me the next day and explained that they replaced the axles on warranty and replaced the bad seal. I am very pleased with my experience and will continue to use this shop and recommend them to others. Thank you!"
